Your information

How Logan Advisory handles personal information when you contact us or use our services.

Last updated: 30 September 2026

Who we are

Logan Advisory Limited is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17420851, with our registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.

For privacy enquiries or to exercise your rights, contact Hugo Logan at info@logan-advisory.co.uk, or write to our registered office.

Information we use

We use contact and professional details such as your name, role, organisation, email address and telephone number, together with correspondence, meeting notes and information you provide about a potential or current assignment. Project documents may also contain personal information about colleagues, suppliers or other contacts.

Most information comes directly from you. We may also receive relevant professional details from your colleagues, an introduction or referral, or publicly available business sources such as company websites and professional profiles.

Why we use it

You choose what to include in an enquiry. Without sufficient contact or project information, we may be unable to respond or assess the work. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Who may receive information

We use business service providers for email, document storage, IT and website hosting. Our business email uses Google Workspace. Relevant information may also be shared with professional advisers, accountants, insurers or specialists involved in an agreed assignment, where necessary, and with authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal information.

Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where a restricted international transfer is required, we use an applicable UK adequacy arrangement or appropriate contractual safeguards. You can contact us for details of the safeguards relevant to your information and how to obtain a copy.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected. For enquiries, this depends on whether discussions remain active and whether there is a reasonable prospect of further work. For assignments, it depends on the duration of the relationship, contractual requirements, applicable accounting and tax obligations, and the period for which records may be needed to establish or defend legal claims. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

Website and cookies

This website has no contact form: email links open your own email application. The site does not use advertising cookies or analytics tracking. Our hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure the site; this supports our legitimate interest in operating a reliable website.

Links to other websites, including LinkedIn, take you to services with their own privacy notices.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct your personal information, request its deletion, restrict its use, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or request a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful use. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in data protection law.

Contact us using the details above. We normally respond within one month and do not normally charge. We may need information to confirm your identity.

Concerns or complaints

Please contact us if you have a concern about how we handle your information. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or by telephone on 0303 123 1113.
